Question : i HAVE BEEN DIAGNOSED WITH SINUS ARRYTHMIA. Can I use HYDROXYZINE for my anxiety?

It may have a small influence on breathing, but not anything serious. I don't think that it will exacerbate your shortness of breath.
But, I would recommend performing further tests to investigate for the possible causes underlying shortness of breath:
- a cardiac ultrasound and NT pro BNP levels for possible heart failure
- a chest X ray study and pulmonary function tests for any possible lung disorders
- complete blood count, PCR, ESR for inflammation
- D-Dimmer plasma levels for possible pulmonary embolism.
You should discuss with your doctor on the above tests.
