Hello,

The belt is said to show some results after pregnancy in reducing belly size, but not in regular cases where over-weight is cause of increased waist size.Rather than reducing waist size it is more of tummy supporting belt used particularly to support belly muscles after delivery, operations or in cases of hernia.

So it's not one stop solution for reducing waist size.
