Brief Answer:
1 dose will not do any harm, but do not repeat it

Detailed Answer:
Hi... Greetings from XXXXXXX

Please do not worry, 1 dose will not do any harm.

Paracetamol can be given in the dose of 15mg/kg/dose (maximum ceiling dose of 500mg) every 4-6th hourly that too only if fever is more than 100F. I suggest not using combination medicines for fever (like Ibugesic Plus -. a combination of Paracetamol and Ibuprofen) especially with Paracetamol.

If you can get back to me with the current weight of the baby, I will suggest you the appropriate formulation and dose of Paracetamol for pain relief and fever.

Brief Answer:
You can give syrup P-125....3 ml

Detailed Answer:
Hi.... you can give syrup P-125 (strength 125mg/5 ml) at the dose of 3 ml every 6 hourly if there is pain or temperature more than 101degree fahrenheit.

I wish your kid a speedy recovery from this vaccine induced pain and fever. If you need any future medical consultation and suggestions, I will be glad to help. You can approach me at the following link.
