Question : At what point should i become concerned. I have been hydrating. I dont feel bad, no other symptoms such as fever just the runs and not even that horrible. Is that immodium that you recommended?

Hello again,
No do not take Immodium it could be sub clinical infection and immodium can worsen the situation .
I have explained in detail in the answer which I have just sent across.
I would recommend you to start hydrating right now as the diarrhoea has already crossed 6 days
It is good you are not vomiting as you can hydrate yourself orally
