Brief Answer:
Can take with caution as following. ..

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

Instaflex contains glucosamine and chondroitin which might increase chances for bleeding as you are already using warfarin (blood thinning drug).

Close monitoring of pt-inr level is highly recommended before deciding to use instaflex.

If I was your caring doctor would advise to take instaflex with caution after evaluating the pt-inr level. If abnormal, I would recommend to stop taking instaflex and adjust the dosage of warfarin.

Can discuss this with your doctor as you should decide together.

All the best!
