Brief Answer: You require repeat LASIK or PRK or LASEK Detailed Answer: Hello Welcome to Health Care Magic Iam Dr. Dadapeer K, an Ophthalmologist and I naswer health problems related to eye. It seems from the history that you are having refractive error of 0.75 dioptre and 1.25 in right eye and left eye respectively. You have undergone LASIK for left eye and surgery for right eye was not performed because of flap related problem. Flap related problems are seen in LASIK rarely, hence recently blade free lasik called as intralase lasik surgeries have become popular as they do not cause flap related problems. The options of treatment in cases of flap related problems are Repeating LASIK after 1-2 weeks depending on the corneal flap condition. Performing other types of laser refractive surgeries like Photo refractive keratectomy or LASEK (Laser assisted sub epithelial keratomileusis). Photo refractive keratectomy (PRK) and LASEK does not require a flap to be performed and they are done by removing the corneal epithelium hence they do not have flap related problems. Hence you require repeat surgery for right eye and your options are Repeat LASIK Photo refractive keratectomy LASEK Do discuss with your doctor regarding the various options I have mentioned above to choose the safe and better type of surgery. Hope I have answered your questions and the information is helpful to you. Thank you
