Question : Can I use 5mg of Levitra to enhance masturbation for my own personal satisfaction, since my wife has no interest in sex nor does not intend to address the issue.

First, if this can be used for vaginal intercourse then can be used for masturbation as well, this is not problematic.
However, I would suggest for your wife to try with estrogen hormonal replacement therapy which may help with sexual excitement. Also, visiting sexual therapy may be beneficial as well.
