Question : by having diabetes or using 700mg Lidocaine patches, could either produce a false positive for cocaine in UA at dr's office or lab testing for metabolites?

Diabetes doesn't interfere with a urine drug test and it is unlikely to cause a false positive result for cocaine use.Lidocaine patches,has a different structure from cocaine metabolites ,so it doesn't cause a false positive result in a urine drug screen.
