Brief Answer:
Aricept along with Alzheimer could be responsible.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Thanks for asking.
I am Dr. Prakash HM and I will be answering your query.
Based on your query, my opinion is as follows:

1. Aricept is known to cause extrapyramidal symptoms like hand tremors.
2. Alfuozosin along with diltiazem is known to increase hypotensive effects. Blood pressure evaluation may be necessary.
3. Lisinopril and diltiazem together can have hypotensive effects.
4. Memory loss could be secondary to Alzheimers, for which he is one treatment with Aricept. This could have contributed to altered nutrition, sleep disturbances, which is resulting in energy loss.
5. None of the medications per se responsible for erectile dysfunction directly. Sleep disturbances, stress, malnutrition may be contributing. Aricept, however is known to increase sexual desire in few cases.
6. All the medications have some amount of cardiac effects. Specifically Aricept can result in nodal blocks. You need to discuss about Aricept with your cardiologist.

Hope it helps.
