Brief Answer:
Yes, it acts by improving blood flow to baby, reduces risk of miscarriage.

Detailed Answer:
Hello Swamy
Thanks for trusting us with your health concern.
Lonopin contains low molecular weight heparin.
It is basically a blood thinner.
It acts by thinning the thick clotted blood, and improves the blood flow to the baby from the mother's side.
It is definitely recommended in women with history of 2 miscarriages.
So yes, it should be taken in early pregnancy at least for the first 10 - 12 weeks of pregnancy.
It will reduce the risk of miscarriage.
Regular folic acid should be taken.
Progesterone supplements also should be taken.
So please continue to take it.
All the best.
Please feel free to discuss further.
