Brief Answer:
I think it is better to wait

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for using Healthcaremagic.

I read your query and understand your concerns.

Since alcohol is still present in your system at significant level I do not think you should anything else specially benzodiazepines or other central nervous system suppressants. This is because both alcohol as well as lorazepam act in synchronizing manner leading to possibility of toxicity.

In my view dealing with anxiety will be much easier than toxicity.

I hope this assists you.

Brief Answer:
Slow mag can be taken

Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for reverting back to me.

In my opinion it will be better to wait for time if it is possible.

In case the anxiety is overwhelming I think you need to visit ER so they can assess the alcohol level and decide accordingly.

Slow mag have little value in current system but can be taken without any risk.

I hope this assists you further.
Thanks and regards.
