Question : Can I take Ionic Magnesium citrate at the same time that I take Milk of Magnesia ?
Can I take more the the suggested dosage of the Ionic Magnesium Citrate?

No, don't do that!

I will not recommend that you take more than the recommended dose of ionic magnesium citrate. Taking milk of magnesia further exposes you to higher than desired dose that makes taking more than the recommended dose not a good idea. For this reason, I strongly recommend against doing so.
