not if general anasthesia is planned

Detailed Answer:
Hi and welcome.
This is not recommendable in any case and especially if anasthesia is planned since it may interfere with anasthetic medications. If there wont be general anasthesia then smoking should not have some serious consequences,but proocedure may always complicate and unplanned anasthesia may be required.
So, I dont think you should smoke anything 3-4 days prior to procedure.
