Yes if you want to keep it for your patient you can refregerate it but keep the temperature not less than 5 degree celcius. It would stay fine between 15-5 degree celcius ..dont let it freeze too.. You can keep it like this for many days , without any fears of spoiling it.

It is expected to have the same efficacy and consistency even after refregeration.
