Question : hi i have given calpol 5ml at 5 pm and it jas come down for some time but at 8pm again it started and gone upto 104.2. can i give mefanorm at 9pm

Mefenamic acid can be used now at 9 PM. In addition, I will suggest you to keep monitoring the child's temperature. Use XXXXXXX warm tipid sponging to lower temperature.

At this point of time, you have not provided a clear history here. May I know the age of the child, his/her current body weight and what are the symptoms?
