Question : Am taking Valsartan and atorvastatin can I take melatonin also. I was taking a low dose of Lorazapam 1 mg until yesterday. Can I take melatonin now

Melatonin is much safer than lorazepam, so this is a good choice! Yes, you can safely take melatonin now, it will not interact with your other medications. Take 1 to 3 milligrams at night 30 minutes before sleep.
