Question : Hai doctor, I had unprotected sex today.My period ended on sep 9th. Is it advisable to take mensovit today. If so, is it required to be taken for two days? Kindly guide me

Mensovit will not help.

Mensovit will not protect you from unwanted pregnancy. The method of preventing the pregnancy in your case is termed Emergency contraception. You can take two tablets called iPill by Piramal pharma/ ECEE2 from Zydus cadila/ PILL 72 from cipla all of which contain Levonorgestrel.
They are available over the counter and are best way to prevent pregnancy in your scenario. Ideally you should use barrier precautions to avoid pregnancy.
You should get any of the three brands I have mentioned as soon as possible.
You should avoid taking unplanned tablets, rather use barrier precautions like condoms to avoid inconvenience.

Thanks for your reply, but I have already taken one mensovit, if I have to take the above mentioned tablet, can you please guide me when to take the tablet and how many days
