Question : on an off I've done Crystal meth for 5 years I've noticed from the use of it my testicles have shrunk. also when I go to the bathroom to take a dump, sperm comes out my penis. I've always wondered if it came from drug use or is there another serious issue going on with me. this is my first time addressing the situation I hope that I didn't develope something serious. also me and my girlfriend have been trying to get pregnant and I was wondering if the damage to my testicles is the cause

Crystal meth also called methamphetamine can increase sex drive initially but over long term can reduce the circulation to testis. However we cannot confirm this in your case unless an examination with ultrasound scan and possibly testicle biopsy was done. the reason for shrinking testicle could be other reasons as well. A sperm analysis is mandatory initially.
I suggest to see a Urologist/ XXXXXXX for necessary investigation and treatment.
