Question : I was prescribed MethylPREDNISolone tablets to open my clogged ears. However, I have toenail fungus on my big toe and it looks like a couple other toes are turning dark. Should I start this 6-day meds? I have not taken it yet for fear that this toenail fungus will spread.

Methyl prednisolone is a short acting steroid.
A 6 days course is not going to cause fungal flare up.
There must be severe congestion in your ears for which methyl prednisolone might have been prescribed.
It is important for you to take this short course of steroid.
Just relax there won't be any fungal flare up.
