Question : Can Elocom Cream (Monometasone), if overused, cause reddish sores beneath the skin acompanied by skin thinning and streaky marks and/or affect the functions of the adrenal gland?

Mometasone is a steroid hence over usage can lead to thinning and rdness of skin.
However adrenal suppression is rare with topical steroid. It usually happens with oral steroid.
