Natural Premier Cleanse & Garcinia cambogia are prepared from natural/ herbal ingredients & are claimed to be free from side effects. Natural Premier Cleanse helps in maintaining the normal flora of the intestine & aids in regulation of bowel motions. Garcinia cambogia has been endorsed as an effective weight loss aid, but there are no scientific studies to support it. Similarly there has been no evidence regarding their interactions with other medicines. However, there have been reports of Liver damage/ Hepatotoxicity following the prolonged use of Garcinia & Natural Premier Cleanse. As you are taking Amitriptyline, whose metabolism takes place in liver, the risk factor increases. So, kindly consult your treating Doctor before starting any such product/ supplements.
