Brief Answer:
Yes, Naxdom for pain can be taken.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Thanks for your query. I am a clinical pharmacologist and will assist you as best as I can.

Yes, Naxdom for pain control can be taken. If needed, stronger pain-killers can be taken for a few days. Ideally, tramadol withdrawal must be under the guidance of a doctor.

Opioid agonists (Opioid-like medicines) i.e methadone and buprenorphine are also helpful during withdrawal of Tramadol. Please consult for prescription of these drugs. It is also good to consult a psychiatrist if you are experiencing "mental" symptoms like hallucinations, sadness, delirium, etc. Naltrexone helps with addiction.

Be assured that these symptoms are only short-lived.

Hope it helps.
