Brief Answer:
ice application, continue Neosporin and keep a watch over it.

Detailed Answer:

Hello,

* As per my surgical experience, the minor cut of toddlers heal fine within short time span.

* My guidelines at present

- Apply ice 2-3 times a day
- Apply neosporin cream after cleaning with dettol 2 times a day, after she sleeps to avoid its entry into mouth.
- Watch for any unusual discharge from the area, redness or else along with the level of recovery.
- No further medications mandatory at this stage.

Thank you.
