Brief Answer:
Yes it can be used as a sleep aid.

Detailed Answer:
Hello!

Thank you for the query.

Neuracil contains Levomepromazine. This medicine is an anti psychotic medicine. It can be used in case of sleeplessness especially with associating anxiety. But it can aggravate brain sedative effect of Vicodin (and cause breathing problems). If you take any hypertension medicines, Neuracil along with this medicine can cause sudden blood pressure drop when standing up (orthostatic hypotension).

Hope this will help. Feel free to ask further questions.
Regards.
