No it cannot be used as emergency contraceptive. Only levonorgetrel is used for emergency contraception.
If you are unable to fetch emergency pills, you will need to wait for your periods and check for pregnancy by urine test. And from next cycle onwards start using some regular method of contraception.
Also I would like to know the date of your last periods so that I can guide you about your chances of falling pregnant because of this sexual activity.

Last period was on 18th /12/16 its my ovulation day today :( would u suggest any type of contraceptive bills that can help /work as EB instead , apprecite your response
