Can Norflox-TZ Be Taken For Constant Stomach Pain?

Question : I seem to have a nagging stomach ache since past two days. Had Maftal Spas -one a day, but pain comes back. Could it be some infection (there are No loose motions, NO severe cramps) ? If yes , would Norflox-TZ be a good idea to take ?

Thank you for query.
I read your message. Peptic ulcer disease, Spicy food, Gastritis, Medications can lead to stomach ache. Meftalspas may not help you, instead take Tab Pan 40mg before food for 1 week along with syp Gaviscon 10ml thrice daily. Drink lot of water,Avoid spicy and high fatty diets. Don't take Norflox-TZ as you dont have loose stools.
If the Stomach pain still persists, then get an ultrasound abdomen done.

Thank you so much for reply back.
I ate out in a restaurant on Sunday afternoon. I dont have peptic ulcer disease, I dont eat spicy foo at all...which is why I felt may be this nagging pain is one of those tummy infections because of something I ate or drank ?

Do let me know if with the above details you need to change the medications you mentioned in your response or do they remain the same ?

Won't take Norflox TZ at all as you advised.

Hi,
Thank you for follow up.

Restaurant food ingredients which are processed can lead to gastritis some time. Drink plenty of water along with fruit juices.
Take medications as i described above.
If your stomach ache is intermittent then take Tab Buscopan SOS(just one).

A quick question - Tab Pan prescribed by you need to be take before breakfast lunch and diinner - as in thrice a day ?

And can i get these medicines without prescription from the pharmacist ?
