Question : Hii doctor i am 30 years old female was suffered from pure O when i was 24 and from last 5 years i am on medicines and cbt sessions i left medicines almost 1 year before and sometimes i took sessions if required i just want to know can ocd convert into schziophrnia as i am 30 mow and age onset of schziophernia in female on an average i would be so grateful to you thanx a lot

No, OCD and schizophrenia are two totally different disorders

Welcome to HCM.
OCD and Schizophrenia are totally different group of illness. OCD can not convert into schizophrenia. This doubt is very common in patients suffering from OCD. But I must assure you that it never happens in reality.

This repeated doubt in your mind had indicated that your medicines may again be started because these doubts are obsessive in nature.

Within a week or two of restarting the medicines you will feel drastic decrease in these obsessive doubts.
