Question : Hi, What is the difference between Olanzapine 10mg, Zypine odt Waf 10mg and Zyprexa 10mg and do all have to be taken in conjunction with each other. I have a brother in a nursing home aged 55yrs who has been prescribed these medicines but am not sure when and how often he is given them, they appear regularly on his chemist account. He is also on Sertraline for depression. Thankyou for your help. XXXXXXX

Dear patient,

The chemichal substance is olanzapin, zyprexa and zypine is the same thing/ same medication, just brand names from different pharmaceutical companies. Combination with sertralin can be done.
