Brief Answer:
She will come out of her illness

Detailed Answer:
Hello, Welcome to Health Care Magic

I can understand your concern. First of all I'd like to tell you that mental disorders runs in a chronic course and regular long term treatment is advised to get remission of symptoms. She was on Fluvoxamine and then on Aripiprazole and Risperidone but no response seen. If we consider Olanzapine then the drug is almost similar in efficacy as Risperidone but different individuals respond differently to drugs, so we can give Olanzapine a try. Apart from Olanzapine if her obsessive symptoms are persisting then in my opinion there is need to add some SSRI also especially like Fluoxetine. Even combination of Olanzapine and Fluoxetine is available in market.

So please don't loose hope, as she is seeing illness in episodes so chances of response are better. With medicines she will come out of symptoms.

Thanks, Hope this helps you, if you have more doubts you can ask again.
