Hi,

Somatropin or Growth Hormone replacment which is branded as Omnitrope may cause diarrhoea but not reported yet. It stimulates Insulin Growth Factor 1 from the liver. But I do not think if it damages the liver.

Testosterone high doses can damage the liver by itself and can be more when added with other medications/drugs. It itself may not cause diarrhoea
