Question : I am PCOD'c for 6 years..2 years back i consulted doc and he said until u reduce weight, nothing gonna work. I dint take it seriously that time..Now i started doing active exercise and reduced weight as well. Still not getting my cycles.

i lost around 8 kgs in 3.5 months. As per last tests TSH was normal and whenebver I was asked to take a test, all the time no hormones showed imbalance.
