Question : I am on cartia xt, but also pantoprezole. From what I am reading this is not a good combination. What other acid reflux medication would work best with cartia xt?

Brief Answer:
no interaction!

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

diltiazem (cartia xt) and pantoprazole do not interact with each other! I don't know what you've read about the combination but there is no problem with concurrent use of these drugs. If you'd like to change your regimen anyway then ranitidine is a good alternative.

Kind Regards!
