Yes, postinor-2 can cause menstrual irregularities for 2-3 cycles due to hormonal imbalance.

It contains high doses of hormone in it and may change your menstrual cycle for 2-3 months.

Your period may come early or delay by 7 days but you have to perform a home urine pregnancy test, if you missed your period by 7 days to rule out pregnancy.

Period can be delayed due to other causes like stress, anxiety, weight changes, straneous exercise shedule.
