Brief Answer:
heart valves are the outlets that blood passes through

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is understandable to be concerned but a pacemaker and heart valve replacement are two different things.

The pace maker would help to control the rate and rhythm of the heart to prevent abnormal heart rhythms that may result in palpitations, dizziness, stroke, heart attack.

The heart has 4 chambers. Two of them are on the right and 2 on the left. There are valves that connect the upper chambers to the lower chambers. The valves are the outlets through which the blood flows through. If a person has replacement of a heart valve then the medication may not be advisable.
The heart valves are not related to pacing the heart beat rate or rhythm or the pace maker.

Yes, it is not a contraindications (reason or condition in which it cannot be used) to use of this medications.

It is contraindicated in persons with heart valves but persons not with those with a pace maker
