Can Prodep And Tetrafol Effective In Treatment Of Premature Ejaculation?

Question: I am 29 year old guy married for 15 months. I am suffering premature ejaculation. I cannot sustain erections and ejaculate in 10-15 strokes/ seconds. I have tried Climax delaying condoms but results is not that encouraging as it has numbing effect. I saw a doctor psychiatrist & sexologist who advised me for prodep 20 mg and tetrafol first for 10 days. My question is are these medicine safe to take , in other words any side effects of taking these. Can these medicine cure my dysfunction.
