Brief Answer:
may cause issues in some persons

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Benadryl contains the active ingredient diphenhydramine.

Diphenhydramine can affect the enzyme (chemical in the body) in the liver that is involved in the breakdown of propanolol.
It can stop or decrease the breakdown of propanolol and therefore cause an increase in its effect and/or its level.

It is possible that the effect may not be noticeable for you.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
