Question : Hi can i take ranitidina (twice daily ) if i take 0.5 of alprazolam(3 times daily total 1.5 mg ) and atenolol 50 mg as a betablocker? having gastric issues. Tks

There are no known significant interactions between any of the drugs mentioned above.

It is slightly possible that the alprazolam can have a slight bp lowering effect and therefore augment the action of the atenolol. This effect is not likely to be significant.

You can safely use these medications together.
