Brief Answer:
Rifagut is a good Antibiotic.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
Rifagut 400mg is a very good intestinal Antibiotic.
I prescribe this Antibiotic in Gastrointestinal tract disorder like diarrhoea accompanied with abdominal pain.
You can take Rifaximine along with Sompraz D and Librax.
But,I prefer Pre and Probiotic capsule twice daily along with Normaxin tablet twice daily for 2 weeks to my patients with IBS.
Avoid outside food.
Nothing to worry.
Hope I answered your query. If you have any questions, I will clarify further.
Wish you good health.
Regards
