Question : my kid is suffering from cold cough from last three day. I got syrup Relent from last days.

Please suggest me

Brief Answer:
Cetirizine syrup

Detailed Answer:
Hi and thanks for your query.

I would suggest that you first try cetirizine syrup once or twice a day as needed. It is antiallergic and will take care of the excessive secretions. It is to be given only when symptoms are present.
Relent is ambroxol and also dries the secretions but I will not suggest it as the first medicine.

Crocin syrup to be given if there is fever (if any).
