Brief Answer:
possible cause

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

It is possible that it can cause diarrhea.

It is composed of water which has been mixed with ingredients from different flowers.

Any medication (herbal or traditional), if there is any level of intolerance to it, can cause diarrhea. If it is the cause, stopping the medication should cause the symptoms to resolve completely in 2 to 3 days.
While you are having diarrhea, it would be important to make sure that you use enough fluids to avoid dehydration.

Probiotics , either in yogurt or on their own,can also help with diarrhea.

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions
