Brief Answer:
No you will not get side effects

Detailed Answer:
Hello XXXXXXX

Thanks for writing to us. I can understand your concern.

Rexipra fx contains Escitalopram and flupenthixol. Rexipra contains Escitalopram and Spenzo contains flupenthixol. So ultimately you have been prescribed the same medicines what you are already taking. This will not cause any side effect as you were already taking rexipra fx.
Rather is will be useful as you may not need flupenthixol in near future and Escitalopram should be tapered off gradually. And you can decrease and stop the medicines in future easily if they are separated.

Hope I have answered your query, I will be happy to help further.

Regards,
Dr Chintan Solanki.
