Irregular bleeding is common side effect of Rigevdon and usually this is self limiting. It happens due to hormonal imbalance and increased vulnerability of uterus wall. she should avoid intercourse till bleeding persist,and take iron supplements.If there will be worsening it would be good to do gynecology ultrasound to rule out possible ovarian cyst or uterus fibroids.If it resolves spontaneously then she should continue with contraceptive pills as usual.
