Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Robaxin is Methocarbamol which is a muscle relaxant. Chest pain is not a commonly reported side effect.
Since you are having chest pain we have to think of the possibilities. One is a muscle spasm itself occurring in the muscles of your chest wall. Second could be a pain referred from the stomach or the esophagus ( food pipe). Aspirin or other anti inflammatory medicines, spicy food, stress are some of the causes of this kind of pain. At your age another common cause is a costochondritis ( an inflammation of the cartilage connecting your rib and sternum) . There are other rarer causes like pericarditis ( an inflammation of the heart covering). A pain from coronary artery disease is very unlikely at your age.
If you are not better you should see your doctor for a proper diagnosis.
Take care
