Question : if you have a urine test and a urine cultue. would the presence of a std show in theleukocytes like other bacteria

Standard urine test and urinoculture dont reveal possible std infections so you need to do std testing. Bacterias in urne may show uroinfection but it isnt sign of std. WIsh you good health.

so there would not be a increase in the white blood cell count like a uti and would just show clean or no increase in blood cell count

Stds usually go with positive leukocytes in urine but not necessarily so this is not sensitive test for std. Std microbes are present in urethra ,not in urine or bladder. So only specific std testing can reveal possible infection
