Can STD Be Transmitted Through Unprotected Oral Sex?

Although this is an embarrassing question, I need to ask as I am worried about a situation that recently happened.
I performed unprotected oral XXXX with a person that I barely knew. He said he was HIV negative and I am for sure. I only barely touched his anus with my mouth, but XXXX the area around it for approximately 2 minutes. He also gave me XXXX for a few minutes as well but I never touched his penis.
It’s been 2 days and everything is fine so far, but I am so afraid that I may have put myself at risk of getting an STD. I hardly ever hook-up with anyone, but this was a weak moment which I truly regret.
What should I be worried about and should I do the HIV RNA test which I’ve read about online?
Thanks so much for your help Doctor,
If you have any symptoms report to your physician
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome to HCM.
Thank you very much for posting your query.
HIV transmission risk through XXXX is negligible only.
Felatio carries a low risk for HIV as per CDC, XXXXXXX
There are few STDs that can be transmitted through aninlingus. Hepatitis A, Giardiasis, Amoebiasis, intestinal worm infestations like Ascariasis and Enterbius vermicularis are some infections those can be transmitted through anilingus. So if you have any abnormal symptoms of your bowel habits and yellowish coloration of urine you have to report to your physician and get diagnosed and to be treated.
Other STDs like Gonococcal, Chlamydial and other ulcer producing conditions are rarely be transmitted through Anilingus. A thorough work up of blood investigations for STD and HIV is suggested 3 months after the incident unless if any symptom occur earlier which warrants an earlier intervention.

How long or approximately how many days after exposure would it take for symptoms you described to occur?
I have had a tiny ulcer inside my mouth for two days, I'm thinking that may just be from being nervous about all of this? Your thoughts?
Thanks again,
Different disease manifest at different time as per the incubation period.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
STDs are more than 25 in number. Each will have different incubation period and manifest accordingly. For example, Gonorrhea and chancroid can manifest within 5 days whereas syphilis and chlamydia will take more three weeks to manifest. HPV (warts) will take longer time to manifest (2-4 months). Herpes can manifest within a week or two. HIV can manifest even after 5-10 years after the infection.
Ulcer in mouth is a common problem, can occur to anybody without exposure to STD/HIV. Your symptom is unlikely to be due to STD/HIV.

In the absence of warty lesions risk of transmission is unlikely.
Detailed Answer:
Hi,
Welcome back.
Ano-genital warts can be transmitted only when your partner had the infection. Most often, if he had the infection, it would obvious and you would have easily identified by the presence of skin colored or pink growth like bumps in around the anus. In the absence any visible lesions the possibility of HPV infection risk is unlikely.
