I DONT HAVE ANY NOTICABLE DISCOMFORT URRINATING. THERE DOESNT SEEM TO BE ANY NOTICABLE BLISTERING IN THE AREA. WHAT POSSIBLE STD COULD I HAVE? OR POSSIBLE YEAST INFECTION?

Brief Answer:
Seems like a yeast infection, however you should screen for STDs

Detailed Answer:
Hello. Thank you for writing to us

I am dr.kakkar(dermatologist). I have gone through your query and I have noted your concern.

Your description seems to suggest that it is most likely a yeast infection/ candida. I suggest you to take a single tablet of an Oral antifungal e.g tablet fluconazole 150 mg. Topically you may use an otc topical antifungal e.g either clotrimazole 1% cream Or miconazole nitrate 2% cream, twice daily for a week.
Since you had unprotected sex you should screen for all STDs i.e Hiv by P24 antigen and anti- hiv antibody test, syphilis by vdrl/ RPR test, Hsv by ELISA for hsv type 1 & 2.

Regards
