Question : Hi Mr XXXX. I had a casual sexual encounter with a stranger in US. The condom came of and we would have had sex for 2 min without protection I believe with condom inside her vagina. I am scared about the SIT transmission. what should I do immediately. Iit's 36 hours since the incident. Where should I go in baaglore (Karnataka) to get the tests / further action or whether should I wait. please advise.

You had sexual encounter with stranger without protection for only 2 mintues then the risk of any STI is very unlikely with such short exposure even if your partner was positive for any STI.

As such no test is required but for ur satisfaction you can go for 4th generation or RNA PCR test at Apollo diagnostics or Dr. Lal path lab in Bengluru to confirm your status but nothing to worry at all.
