Brief Answer:
Appears to be unrelated to STD

Detailed Answer:
Hi

Thanks for your query at HCM.
I understand your concern and situation.

As per your history I see nothing to worry about. It is your psychological fear that is troubling you. As far as pain on side of stomach is concerned it is unrelated to STD and appears to be gastric. I would suggest you to visit a physician and get evaluation done. You might require ultrasound and kidney function test done. Drink plenty of water and pantaprazole once daily before meals will be beneficial. You can take tests for STD for your psychological advantage after 2 weeks.

Hope I answered your query

Brief Answer:
Yes you should not worry.

Detailed Answer:
Yes

Definitely you can relax when you get the test results after 2 weeks. There is no need of HIV testing in your case as there is no intercourse.

Brief Answer:
Testing advised.

Detailed Answer:
Hi
You must refrain from intercourse till test results. Other lifestyle changes are not needed as they will not interfere with test results. At present i advise you to get urinalysis and kidney function test done. Get urine culture sensitivity testing done to rule out bacterial infections. You must visit a urologist for evaluation.
