Question : Can some trimmer machine cut near my anus (1.0-2.5 cm away from anus) on line of anus-testacles can cause of STI or HIV or any disease?

I have gone carefully through your query and understand your concerns. Let me assure you that a cut (laceration) from a trimmer machine would not give you STI or HIV (assuming that it is not drenched in fresh body fluids of some other individual). However, if you are unimmunized you could still get tetanus from it.

It's NOVA(NHC-3952)...I buy before 1 week and not rusted and I get injection on tentanus in January's last week...I didn't sex with anyone
