Question : Dear Doctor !! I am 59 years old using Urimax 0.4mg. Can I use Seldanafil 100 mg tablets? I am a diabetic patient too...

Thanks for your query,based on the facts that you have posted it appears that you have problem of Erectile Dysfunction.
You are taking Urimax 0.4mg for lower urinary tract symptoms due to Enlarged Prostate
..
If your Diabetes is well controlled there is no harm in taking Sildenafil (as on demand) one hour before planned sexual activity.Start with 5o mg and gradually increase the dose to 100mg if you do not get satisfactory erection hard enough to perform the sex.

My Diabetic sugar levels are in the following range:
Fasting: 98 to 105
Postprondial: 220 to 230.
Earlier (one year back) i have used seldanifil 50mg. No satisfactory results. Thats why I requested. Yes I am with enlarged prostate, and using Urimax 0.4 one per day at night after food along with Janument 50/500 and volibo.0.2. Before food I am taking Glycinrom M-80. These are additional informations with regard to medication. All other checkups got done and every thing is normal, including cardiac check-up.
Request additional suggestions if any doctor !!
